Victoria Cepeida-Mojarro

Victoria Cepeida-Mojarro is a highly qualified electoral and issue-based campaign professional with more than 15 years of experience in immigrant rights, healthcare, racial equity, and reproductive justice. Her passion for working on solutions that address salient community needs is expressed through creative problem solving and conceptualizing innovative solutions.

As National Campaign Manager of the Color of Change PAC, Victoria was responsible for a $6.5 million campaign budget encompassing 8 targeted states.  In this role, she managed a team of over 75 staff nationwide that yielded national, statewide, and local victories in the 2018 midterm elections.

Victoria’s professional experience includes serving as National Deputy Field Director for Center for Community Change Action- Immigrant Voters Win; Campaign Manager for California Long Term Care Education Center, and an Integrated Voter Engagement Coach for the Groundswell Fund.

Victoria grew up in Los Angeles and is the daughter of Mexican immigrant parents.  She is a mother of two amazing little girls, enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time in her garden.  She attended New York University and formerly served on the board of directors of the Foothills Chapter of the ACLU.
