Sheila Estepan (she/her) has supported C-Suite executives in nonprofits, city government, and academia for over 20 years.
In her most recent role, Sheila was the Executive Assistant at the National Network of Abortion Funds (NNAF), supporting the Executive Director and the rest of the Executive Team in the fight for abortion access.
Prior to NNAF, Sheila also worked at Columbia University as part of the Executive Support Team to the President of the University. She later joined Girl Scouts of the USA as Deputy Director in the national CEO’s office, working on advancing girl leadership.
Following GSUSA, she worked in the Mayor’s Office of Special Projects and Community Events, serving as Chief of Staff to the Executive Director. Their team designed and executed hundreds of public and private partnerships and events for New York City, connecting diverse communities in all five boroughs.
Sheila received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hunter College.
