Inga Skippings is a consultant and facilitator who partners with non-profit organizations and foundations to help them lead with their values and tell compelling, authentic stories. She was the first Black woman chief of staff at Service Employees International Union (SEIU), responsible for aligning the union’s strategic program and resources.
A former Emmy-nominated journalist, Inga’s work is driven by her experience as an immigrant from The Bahamas. She serves on the advisory board of Cornell University’s Global Labor Institute and lives in the Washington, D.C.
